Annual General Meeting 2016
The 2015 Annual General Meeting of e2v technologies took place
on Wednesday 13 July 2016 at 9.00am at Investec, 2 Gresham Street,
London, EC2V 7QP. All resolutions contained in the Notice of
Meeting and put to the meeting were duly passed.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3(1), copies of the
resolutions (other than those resolutions comprising ordinary
business) passed at the Annual General Meeting have been uploaded
to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
