Following the issue and allotment of 6,666,667 and 4,635,797 Ordinary 0.03p Shares in the Company, as announced on 7
March 2008, and in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
hereby announces that it has 403,565,123 Ordinary Shares of 0.03p each in issue, each share carrying the right to one
vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. The above mentioned new shares were admitted to trading on AIM
on 26 March 2008, not 13 March as previously notified.

The above figure of 403,565,123 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
