                            Additional Listing


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Official List for
the admission of 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each by way of a Block
Listing. The shares are expected to be allotted, in the future, following the
exercise of options in connection with the Company's option schemes as below.


Approved Share Option Scheme      2,000,000
Unapproved Share Option Scheme    1,000,000


It is expected that Admission will occur on  9th March 2006.
