Change of Year End Date

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a global telecoms software vendor specialising in Mobile Money and Value-Added Services (VAS), advises that it has changed its financial year end from 30 June to 31 October.

The change of year end is intended to better align the Company's reporting period with the budgeting cycles of its customer base given the shift in customers and operations since the USP divestiture.

As a result of the change to the financial year end, the Company will report on a four month accounting period from 1 July 2011 to 31 October 2011. Results for this accounting period will be published by the end of December 2011. Normal half and full year reporting periods will follow thereafter based on a financial year ending on 31 October.
