Environ Group, the AIM quoted support services and fire prevention specialists, announces that as mentioned in the Offer Document dated 16 August 2011, it has today granted to Mr Michael Clough an option to subscribe for 3,750,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 4 pence per Ordinary Share, exercisable up to and including 11 April 2021, being the 10th anniversary from the date of grant.

Mr Clough holds 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.36% of the issued share capital.
