entertainment group, reports that on 7th November 2005 director Phil Smith
acquired 343,299 shares at 7 pence per share from fellow director Vincenzo
Morabito.

The respective shareholdings of these 2 directors is now:

Phil Smith 7,981,701 shares, which represents 8.9% of the company's issued
share capital.

Vincenzo Morabito 8,123,144 shares, which represents 9.1% of the company's
issued share capital.
