Acquisition of NVA Services Limited
Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation
products to the residential and commercial construction market,
announces that it has completed the acquisition of NVA Services
Limited (trading as National Ventilation and Airtech), a UK
supplier and installer of ventilation products for both residential
and commercial applications. NVA Services Limited generated revenue
of GBP8.5 million (based on UK GAAP) for the year ended 31 March
2015.
