The Company has noticed the significant rise in its share price, which it
considers is a delayed response to the announcement of its results made on
Thursday 24 June.  This announcement commented upon the prospects for the
group and savings, which should result from its reorganisation of last
September.

The Company is unaware of any other factors, which it should bring to the
attention of shareholders.  However, the Company understands that its shares
have recently been mentioned in a 'Tip Sheet'.
