Notice of AGM & Posting of Report & Accounts
Fandango Holdings plc announces that its report and accounts for
the 18 month period ended 28 February 2023, Notice of its Annual
General Meeting ('AGM'), and a Form of Proxy have been posted to
shareholders. They are also available on the Company's website:
www.fandangoholdingsplc.com .
The Company has also posted a letter ('the Letter') to all
shareholders requesting their individual consent to the use of
electronic means of communication and in that regard choose from
three options. The Letter is also available on the Company's
website.
The AGM will be held at the offices of MSP Secretaries Limited,
Eastcastle House, 27/28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH on Monday
18 December 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
