On the 11th April 2006, Griffin Group PLC disposed of 6,100,000 ordinary shares
in Worldwide Natural Resources Plc at a price of 4 pence per share.


Subsequent to this disposal Griffin Group PLC no longer has an interest in
Worldwide Natural Resources Plc.
