Dhiren Shah to Join Greenhill as a Managing Director

NEW YORK, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greenhill & Co.,
Inc. (NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced
today that Dhiren Shah will join the Firm as a Managing Director
based in New York. Mr. Shah, a veteran investment banker who has
led Morgan Stanley's global technology investment banking group
since 2000, will focus on advisory opportunities in the technology
industry worldwide. He will also play a leadership role in the
Firm's efforts to explore opportunities over time to expand its
capabilities in Asia. Mr. Shah, 45, spent more than 17 years at
Morgan Stanley in New York and London, and has focused on
technology investment banking for the past decade. He founded
Morgan Stanley's European technology banking practice in 1996, and
was later named head of its global technology banking group. Robert
