GOTTEX MARKET NEUTRAL TRUST LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) (the `Company') 
 
(a closed-ended investment company incorporated with limited liability under 
the laws of Guernsey with registration number 46429) 
 
At a general meeting of the Company held on 30 June 2011, shareholders passed 
resolutions to wind-up the Company and Ashley Paxton and Robert Kirkby, both of 
KPMG Channel Islands Limited, were appointed joint liquidators (the 
`Liquidators'). 
 
The Liquidators paid a first interim distribution to shareholders on 29 
February 2012 amounting to GBP 0.45 per share. 
 
Subsequent to the first interim distribution, the Liquidators have received 
funds for all positions that were redeemed pre-liquidation. The Liquidators 
have also realised sales and received funds for the illiquid securities that 
were unable to be sold pre-liquidation. 
 
The Liquidators are now in a position to conclude the liquidation and announce 
their intention to make a final liquidation distribution (the `Final 
Liquidation Distribution') of: 
 
GBP 0.040883 per share 
 
The Final Liquidation Distribution will be effected pro-rata to the holders of 
Sterling Ordinary Shares on the register at close of business on 26 March 2014 
(the `Record Date'). 
 
The distribution will be paid on 31 March 2014 (the `Payment Date'). Payment 
will be paid by way of cheque drawn upon a UK clearing bank posted to the 
Shareholder's registered address as at the Record Date.
