Asset Management Limited, and Scottish Widows Investment Management Limited, the
combined asset management operation, to be named Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership Limited, have a notifiable interest in 1,130,896 ordinary shares,
representing 3.12% of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.
