    LEGAL UPDATE

    Goldshield Group plc, the pharmaceutical and consumer health company, is updating shareholders on the expected timetable for the Serious
Fraud Office's application for leave to appeal against the decision of Mr. Justice Pitchford to refuse the SFO's application to amend its
indictment of the Company and two of its former directors for conspiracy to defraud the Department of Health between 1996 and 1999. 
 
A directions hearing before the Court of Appeal is now on the 13th October, 2008. The Court of Appeal is likely to hear the applications at
a hearing listed for three days from 3rd December, 2008.
