Administration Services Limited informing it that The Trustees of the BT Pension
Scheme, Hermes Investment Management Limited and Hermes Pensions Management
Limited have a non material Interest in 4,011,232 ordinary shares, representing
10.864% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
