DELISTING OF HCL

Earlier today Angel Acquisitions Limited ("Angel Acquisitions") announced that it and persons acting in concert with it held, together with those for which valid acceptances of the Offer have been received, 655,643,744 HCL Shares representing approximately 77.33 per cent. of the issued Share Capital of HCL. Having declared the Offer wholly unconditional on 22 April 2013, Angel Acquisitions has requested the Company to make an application for the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of the HCL Shares.

Accordingly, the Company hereby gives notice that an application has been made to AIM to cancel the admission to trading on AIM of HCL Shares. It is expected such cancellation will occur at 7.00 a.m. on 3 June 2013, being 20 clear business days from today.

The cancellation of admission to trading of HCL Shares is likely to significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of any HCL Shares in respect of which the Offer has not been accepted.

Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Offer Document dated 17 April 2013.
