High Court sanction of Scheme
The Board of IAWS confirms that today the High Court sanctioned the scheme of arrangement under which, inter alia, ARYZTA will acquire
IAWS. The Scheme will become effective upon the issue by the Registrar of Companies of a certificate of registration of the Court Order. It
is expected that the Court Order will be filed with the Registrar of Companies and the Scheme will become effective on 21 August 2008 ('the
Effective Date').
Terms defined in the Scheme Document have the same meaning in this announcement.
