Islamic Bank of Britain PLC ("IBB" the "Company" or the "Bank") announces that, 
accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 have been posted to shareholders 
and are available on the Company's website www.islamic-bank.com. 
 
The Company has also posted to shareholders notice of the Annual General Meeting 
which is to be held on 13 May 2010 at 11am at Calthorpe Suite, 5th floor, 
Edgbaston House, 3 Duchess Place, Hagley Road Birmingham, B16 8NH. 
 
The Company has also posted to shareholders the Zakat Notice for the year ending 
31 December 2009. Both notices are also available on the Company's website.
