   The Board of ICG is pleased to announce the appointment of Virginia 
Holmes as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 March 2017.  From 
that date, she will also join the Company's Remuneration Committee. 
 
   Kevin Parry, Chairman of the Company, said: "I am delighted that 
Virginia Holmes will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director. 
Virginia has an extensive background in investing in global markets, 
including through her executive experience with AXA Investment Managers 
and Barclays Bank; she is also an experienced main Board director of
