Intelligent Environments Group plc (AIM Ticker: IEN), the online software 
provider for financial services, is pleased to announce that all resolutions 
were duly passed by shareholders at the GM held today at 11.00 a.m. 
 
The name of the Company will accordingly be changed to Parseq plc. 
 
Pursuant to the Proposals set out in the Admission Document, application has 
been made for the total of 437,307,377 Ordinary Shares, of which 63,874,286 new 
Ordinary Shares relate to the Placing, to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is 
expected that Admission will take place and dealings will commence on 22 July 
2010. 
 
The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to 
them as in the Admission Document dated 5 July 2010.
