AG, TML Invest S.a.r.l. has an interest in 50,283,239 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each, representing approximately 22.57% of the total
voting rights of the Company.
    Following this transaction, the Company has been notified that Swissprivate AG no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
