Invest Resources PLC - Members approve change of Company Name

Invest Resources PLC (GXG: INRE: G4) and its Board of Directors are pleased to
announce that on the 19th of May 2014, the members passed the resolution to
change INRE's name to Global 6 Technologies PLC effective immediately.

The Directors take responsibility for this announcement.
