                     Confirmation of Grant of Share Options

On 30 April 2007, pursuant to the Admission Document issued 22 December 2006,
share options were granted to the directors, non-executive directors and
employees of the Company to subscribe for ordinary shares of the Company. 
The amount of share options granted to the directors and non-executive
directors are indicated next to their names at an exercise price of 105 pence
per share. 218,593 share options have also been granted to employees of the 
Company.

The options are exercisable between 30 April 2007 and 29 April 2017, subject to
the vesting conditions referred to in the Admission Document dated 22 December
2006. The directors' options are under the Company's EMI option scheme and those
to non-executives under separate non-employee option agreements.

Mr R R Breare previously held 285,714 share options, as consolidated pursuant to
the acquisition of Individual Restaurant Company Limited by Bank Restaurant
Group plc on 22 December 2006. These are exercisable at a range of prices
between 105 pence and 315 pence.
