Earlier today, the London Stock Exchange released an announcement stating that
trading on AIM in ITS ordinary shares had been suspended as the audited
accounts for  the year ended 31 March 1998 had not been posted to shareholders
by 30 September 1998.

ITS has not released its results as it is currently in the advanced stages of
negotiating a merger with a US-based oil services company which will, on
completion of the transaction, seek admission to AIM.

A further announcement will be made within seven days.
