    The Company has today been informed that John David Abell, (the Chairman of the Company), purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company on 27 May 2008 at 210 pence per share. 

    Mr J D Abell currently holds 911,500 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 26.81% of the issued share capital of the Company.

    Mr J D Abell is deemed by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers to be acting in concert with certain members of his family. Members of the
deemed concert party, including Mr J D Abell (together "the Abell Concert Party") now own in aggregate a total of 1,008,000 ordinary shares
(representing approximately 29.65 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital).
