Jupiter Dividend & Growth Trust PLC ('the Company')

Fourth Interim Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors of the Company have today declared the payment of a fourth interim dividend of 0.18p (net) per Ordinary Income share (equal to the 0.18p (net) declared for the previous quarter) and a fourth interim dividend of 0.50p (net) per Common share (equal to the 0.50p (net) declared for the previous quarter) both for the year ended 31 December 2014.

The dividends will be paid on 20 February 2015, to shareholders on the register as at 23 January 2015, and are in accordance with the relative entitlements of the Ordinary Income shares and the Common shares to the distributable profits of the Company under the Company's Articles of Association. The ex-dividend date is 22 January 2015.
