                    London Asia Capital PLC (the "Company")

                  Exercise Of Warrants and Additional Listing

Pursuant to the exercise of 7,262,500 warrants at an exercise price of 10p per
share, the Company has issued 7,262,500 ordinary shares of 5p each which has
resulted in net cash proceeds to the Company of #726,250. Application has been
made for these shares to be traded on AIM and admission is expected on 5
November 2004.

Following the exercise of the warrants as noted above, the Company has been
informed that funds managed by RAB Capital plc (which exercised 5,000,000
warrants) now hold a total of 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 5.65 per cent of the issued share capital based on the enlarged
number of ordinary shares in issue of 88,425,155.
