As announced on Monday 21 May 2008 the directors of Lennox requested a
suspension of shares, pending clarification of the Company's financial
situation. Having reviewed the situation the directors of Lennox announce that
they are today filing an application at the High Court of Justice for an
Administration Order. Similar applications are being made by subsidiary
companies.

In view of this announcement, Blomfield Corporate Finance Limited has resigned
as the Company's nominated advisor with immediate effect. In accordance with
Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Lennox has until 7am on 21 July 2008 to
appoint a replacement nominated adviser, failing which the admission of its AIM
securities will be cancelled.

The proposed Administrators are Andrew Tate and Nedim Ailyan of Abbott
Fielding, Nexus House, 2 Cray Road, Sidcup, Kent DA14 5DB.
