     Directors Dealings

    Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, is pleased to announce that Mr. Eric Hook, the
Company's Chief Executive, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company, and Mr. James Gould, Non-executive Director also acquired 5,000
ordinary shares in the Company all at the price of 123.4 pence per ordinary share.

    Following these purchases Eric Hook and James Gould now have the following beneficial interests in the Company:
