    Holdings in Company


    The Company was informed on 20 October 2008 that, on that date, Clos du Mesnil Limited ("CdM") acquired 80,575,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Investec Bank UK Limited.

    Following this purchase, CdM now has a total beneficial interest of 124,325,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 46.13 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.
