Withdrawal of Possible Offer for Manroy PLC (the "Company")

Beretta Holding S.p.a. ("Beretta") notes the announcement on 28 March 2014 by Herstal SA ("Herstal") of a recommended cash offer for the entire issued share capital of the Company (the "Herstal Offer").

In light of the Herstal Offer, Beretta confirms that it has decided not to proceed further with an offer for the Company.
