             RESPONSE TO FORM OF REQUISITION

The Board of Solvera has been actively considering a number of
strategic options.

The Board notes the requisition served on the Company by
Mountcashel Plc and Phaseone Investments Limited for an EGM to
consider proposals to replace Chairman Richard Duggan and
elect John Munro a director of the Company.

Any decisions taken by the Board will be in the best interests
of all shareholders.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
