Appointment of Managing Director of Martin & Co (South and
Scotland)
The Property Franchise Group, one of the UK's largest property
franchises, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Walker
as Managing Director of Martin & Co (South and Scotland). Eric
will take up this role with immediate effect.
Eric brings with him a wealth of experience in the property
franchise arena along with expertise in sales, lettings and
financial services having worked in the industry for more than 30
years.
Eric will oversee the implementation of the exciting growth
initiatives outlined in the Group's recent results announcement
over the next three years within Martin & Co, working with its
franchisees to help them maximise opportunity and profits.
Alongside this Eric will take the lead on ensuing best practice in
line with the
Regulation of Property Agents (RoPA) legislation across The Property Franchise Group.
The Group intends to appoint a Managing Director of Martin &
Co (Midlands and North) in due course.
