Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report
Mirada (AIM: MIRA), a leading provider of integrated software
solutions for digital TV operators and broadcasters, announces that
its Annual Report and Accounts and notice of its 2021 Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders today and
will be available on the Company's website https://www.mirada.tv/
later today.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Howard Kennedy LLP at
No.1 London Bridge, London SE1 9BG on 27 October 2021 at 12.00
p.m.
