MKM Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification of the
following interests in the voting rights in the Company's issued share capital,
comprising ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"):-



*         Andrew Johnson (Executive Chairman) has a direct interest of 3,600,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 4.93 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company.



*         Mark Koch (Deputy Chairman) has a direct interest in 7,263,636
Ordinary Shares, representing 9.94 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company.



*         Victor Koch (Group Director) has a direct interest in 7,263,637
Ordinary Shares, representing 9.94 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company.



*         Brian Smillie (International Managing Director) has a direct interest
in 11,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.74 per cent of the total voting
rights of the Company.



*         Calculus Capital Limited has an indirect interest in 1,700,000
Ordinary shares, representing 2.33 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company and accordingly no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company. The
undertaking through which these voting rights are held is HSBC Global Custody
Nominee (UK) Limited.
