Holding in Company

Medusa was informed today that as of 27 December 2013 Van Eck Associates Corporation (and its associates, being Van Eck Securities Corporation and Van Eck Absolute Return Advisers, Inc) became a substantial shareholder in the Company and was interested in a total of 10,998,516 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 5.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Van Eck Associates Corporation ("VEAC") holds its relevant interest by having the power to exercise, control the exercise of, or influence the exercise of, the voting powers or disposal of the securities to which the relevant interest relates in the ordinary course of investment management business.
