                    NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES


Manpower Software has been notified today that Marlborough Special Situations
Fund has reduced its holding in the Company and now holds 2,000,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 4.52 per cent of its issued share
capital.

The shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominee UK Limited
a/c 764685.
