This announcement replaces the Director Shareholding announcement made on 11
December 2003 at 10:41. The issuer erroneously announced that Mr Stevens had
disposed of 15,000,000 shares whereas he had disposed of 10,000,000 shares and
the corrected announcement follows:

The Company announces that it was notified on 10 December 2003 that one of its
directors, R W Stevens had on the same date sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares of
0.1p each in the Company at a price of 2p per share and a further 10,000,000 at
a price of 1.9375p per share. R W Stevens now holds 217,000,000 0.1p ordinary
shares in the Company, representing approximately 74.8 per cent. of the issued
share capital.
