We hereby notify you of the interests in the ordinary shares of 10p each
("Ordinary Shares") of Moorfield Group plc of EFG Reads Trustees Limited, Mr
Peter Frances Edward Newbald and Mr Brian John Pierce as trustees (the
"Trustees"), of a discretionary trust which we administer.

At the time of writing, the Trustees beneficially own 4,840,000 Ordinary Shares,
