Restricted Share Scheme: Vesting of Award to the Personal representatives of Bruce Winfield.

Media Square plc (AIM: MSQ) today announces that 200,000 restricted stock units issued to Bruce Winfield during February 2010 automatically vested upon his death (as earlier announced) on 19(th) March 2011. Under the Scheme rules the remaining 100,000 unvested Restricted share units lapse.

Each restricted stock unit will be satisfied by the issue to the personal representatives of Mr Winfield, as soon as practicably possible of one ordinary share in Media Square, with such share issues to be wholly satisfied by a transfer from the shareholding of Tenon (IOM) Corporate Services Ltd ("Tenon"), sole trustee of the Group's employee benefit trust
