Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified today that Kevin McNeany, Chairman of the Company,
today sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 215p
each representing 0.38 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.
Following this transaction Mr McNeany is interested in 5,373,610 ordinary
shares, representing 20.19 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
