                              Exercise of Options


Network Data today announces that it has issued and allotted 360 Ordinary shares
of 10 pence each (the 'Shares'), pursuant to an exercise of options (the 
'Exercise of Options'). The Exercise of Options represents less than 0.01% of 
the new issued share capital of the Company.

An application for admission of the Shares to trading on AIM has been submitted
and trading is expected to commence on 17 March 2008.

The total number of shares in issue following the Exercise of Options is
28,268,010.
