(NYSE-OMC) today announced the creation of Omnicom Digital, a new unit charged with leading strategic initiatives across all digital properties at Omnicom, the industry's largest digital holding company according to Advertising Age rankings in 2009 and 2008. Jonathan Nelson, founder and most recently chairman of Organic, has been named CEO of Omnicom Digital, effective immediately.
