Omnicom Group Agencies Capture Five of Top 10 Spots in USA Today Super Bowl Ad Meter, Including No. 1

Polls NEW YORK, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Omnicom Group
Inc. (NYSE:OMC) agencies won five of the top 10 spots, including
No. 1, in USA Today's Super Bowl Ad Meter, electronically charted
consumer research undertaken with Shugoll Research and Taylor
Research. The top-ranked Super Bowl spot for 2010 -- Mars'
Snickers' "You're Not You When You're Hungry" created by BBDO and
featuring Betty White and Abe Vigoda -- represents the 18th year
since 1991 that Omnicom agencies have been crowned champions in the
Ad Meter. In addition to Mars' Snickers, the other four top ten
spots included Budweiser's "Fence" and Budweiser's "Bridge," both
from DDB Worldwide, Monster's "Fiddling Beaver" from BBDO and
Doritos' "Underdog," a spot consumer generated and produced through
a partnership with Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and The
Marketing Arm. Finishing in the top 20 were Cars.com's "Timothy
Richman" from DDB, Boost Mobile's "The Boost Mobile Shuffle" from
180 LA, and Denny's "Bad Time to Be a Chicken" from Goodby, as well
as three other Doritos spots, also consumer generated and produced
in partnership with Goodby and The Marketing Arm. The Snickers
spot, Budweiser's "Bridge," Budweiser's "Fence" and the work for
Denny's were also ranked among Nielsen IAG's Top 10 Best Liked 2010
Super Bowl Commercials. Mars' Snickers ranked No. 1 in this
research as well. In the Fox Sports Poll, Mars' Snickers captured
45% of the consumer vote, more than three times the votes of its
nearest competitor. A Forbes judging panel selected Denny's,
Doritos and Mars' Snickers Super Bowl ads among the top work, while
a Forbes reader poll selected those spots, as well as Budweiser's
