admission document dated 8 February 2010, will cover more than 130 countries.

PCT application no PCT/GB2010/050674, entitled "Chewable Oral Delivery System",
covers the novel chewable tablet technology for vitamins and medicines developed
by the Company. Initially the Company intends to launch of a range of
Chewitab(TM) products including a chewable calcium supplement and a chewable
multi-vitamin supplement. It will also be seeking to license its tablet

Both applications claim priority from the delivery system patent application
which Oxford Nutrascience filed in April 2009. They are expected to be published
in October 2010. Following initial examination in the international phase, these
will, in due course be turned into national and regional patent applications in
the countries of interest.

Marcelo Bravo, Executive Chairman and Chief Technology Officer commented,

"These two international patent applications are an important step in the
continued advancement of the commercialisation of our technology.

"We now have two very robust patent applications for the business's key
technologies, namely chewable tablets and liquid suspensions and gels. Both
these technologies deliver unique advantages in dispersion and solubilisation of
medicines, improved taste and mouth feel and manufacturing process
simplification."
