Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Baltic
Oil Terminals PLC ("Baltic") would like to notify the market that Baltic's
capital consists of 47,647,821 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Baltic is 47,647,821 and may be
used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Baltic under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
