Water Hall notes this morning's announcement by its 29.99% associate company 
Petards Group plc ("Petards"; AIM: PEG) in which Petards announced a contract, 
which is worth in excess of GBP2.5m, to supply and install Petards eyeTrain 
on-board digital CCTV systems on locomotives and passenger vehicles, operated by 
Southeastern Trains, with deliveries expected to commence in early 2011 and to 
be completed by the end of that year.
