Property Fund Management plc ("the Company") announces that it was notified on
11 April 2003 that on 10 April 2003 Steven Tattersall and Richard Croft, both
management board directors of the Company, sold ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 120 pence per share as follows:

The sale of these Ordinary Shares was undertaken in order to meet liabilities

Company's admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange plc on 22 May 2002.
