Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) (the "Company") announces that at 8:00 a.m. (London time) today, the United Kingdom Listing Authority ("UKLA") cancelled the standard listing of the Company's common stock ("Common Stock") from the Official List of the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") cancelled the trading of the Company's Common Stock on the Main Market of the LSE.

The Company will continue to list its Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "PFE".
