Phoenix VCT plc announces that as at 28 February 2009 the unaudited 
ex-dividend net asset value per Ordinary Share was 35.2 pence and the 
unaudited ex-dividend net asset value per 'C' Share was 54.0 pence. 
It should be noted that this will be the final published net asset 
value per 'C' share as the 'C' shares were converted into Ordinary 
shares on 2 March 2009.
